Treatment and Aftercare

After receiving Rejuran treatments, downtime is minimal, and most individuals can resume their daily activities right away. However, depending on your skin’s sensitivity and any medications you are taking (such as aspirin, ibuprofen, or other blood thinners), you may experience temporary, minor side effects like:

  • Slight swelling at or near the injection site
  • Mild tenderness or bruising around the treatment areas
  • Small red dots at the treatment sites

Next Steps:
To account for varying results, we recommend attending a follow-up appointment two weeks post-treatment to assess your results.

  • Avoid touching the treated area: To prevent the spread of bacteria and ensure proper healing, avoid touching, rubbing or applying makeup to the injected area for at least 4 hours after the procedure.
  • Stay upright: For the first four hours after the injections, it’s recommended to remain in an upright position and avoid lying down.
  • Avoid strenuous activities: Refrain from engaging in strenuous exercise, heavy lifting, or activities that cause excessive sweating for the first 4 hours.
  • Avoid facial treatments: Steer clear of facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or any other facial treatments for at least one week after injections. These treatments may increase the risk of complications or interfere with the results.
  • Use ice packs (if advised): If your injector recommends it, you can apply ice packs wrapped in a cloth to the treated area. This can help reduce swelling and alleviate any discomfort. However, be sure not to apply excessive pressure or ice directly on the skin.

All treatments can only be performed after a practitioner-led consultation determining you are eligible for treatment.

There is minimal downtime with Rejuran treatments and most people can return to regular day-to-day activities immediately with bumps and redness to the area.

This treatment is perfect for those who are either looking to reduce already visible signs of aging or want to improve their skins hydration, elasticity and luminosity.

Rejuran I also targets the delicate under-eye area to reduce dark circles and wrinkles.

The injections needed for Rejuran treatment are tiny, however it is injected through multiple areas on your face.  Although some individuals may experience a slight pinching or pricking sensation, it is usually mild and bearable.

Compounded numbing cream and ice is applied to the area to help alleviate the pain!
